Terms of Use

The agreement that governs your use of StarSing apps, and the Custom EULA for our iOS apps.
1. Who we are & what StarSing does
StarSing operates a technology platform (the "Service") that connects independent drivers with riders seeking transportation, and supports related gig services. StarSing itself does not provide transportation; drivers are independent third parties responsible for the rides they offer. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Drivers must additionally meet all licensing, insurance, vehicle, and background-check requirements described during onboarding and required by local law.
3. Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [support@starsing.tech] if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use & zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on StarSing. You agree not to post, send, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable, and not to behave abusively toward drivers, riders, or staff. Full rules are in our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.
5. User content (ratings, reviews, messages, profiles)
You keep ownership of content you submit but grant StarSing a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it to operate the Service. You are responsible for what you submit and must have the right to submit it. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Reporting, moderation & blocking
You can report objectionable content or abusive users at any time from within the app (report control on profiles, messages, and trips) or by emailing [safety@starsing.tech]. We review reports and act on confirmed violations within 24 hours by removing content and, where warranted, suspending or permanently removing the responsible user. You can also block another user to stop further interaction.
7. Payments, fees & cancellations
Fares, service fees, and any taxes are shown before you confirm a trip. Payments are processed by [payment processor]; StarSing does not store full card numbers. Cancellation and refund rules, including any cancellation fee, are described at the point of booking. If your app offers auto-renewing subscriptions, the price, billing period, and cancellation method are disclosed before purchase and renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store account settings.
8. Safety, third parties & disclaimers
Transportation involves real-world risk. Drivers and riders interact as independent parties, and StarSing does not control their conduct. The Service also relies on third-party services (maps, payments, background checks); we are not responsible for those services' content or availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind. 9. Limitation of liability & indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarSing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited as set out here [insert cap]. 10. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy and Support pages). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to users or partners.
11. Dispute resolution & governing law

12. Apple App Store — additional terms
The following apply to apps downloaded from Apple's App Store:
- This agreement is between you and StarSing only, not Apple. StarSing — not Apple — is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your licence to use the app is a non-transferable licence to run it on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); otherwise Apple has no warranty obligation, and any other claims are StarSing's responsibility.
- StarSing, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product-liability claims, legal-compliance claims, and third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the app.
- You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
